Registration

The registration system is now available online. Costs are $135 for faculty and $70 for graduate students and independent scholars. These costs will cover (among other things) coffee, refreshments, the Friday night reception, the Saturday conference luncheon — all of which are included for registered participants. The registration system takes all major credit cards:

When you register, you will be asked to select from a few different options. Just to clarify, these include:

  • An opt-in boxed lunch ($12) to enjoy with other conference goers in Caldwell Lounge (our reception area) on Friday. Otherwise Friday is lunch on your own among the many options on Hillsborough Street
  • Confirmation that you will attend the complimentary reception (we hope you will!) with hors d’oeuvres, beer & wine, and fellowship on Friday evening, just preceding the keynote speaker
  • Confirmation that you will attend the complimentary conference banquet lunch on Saturday at the James B. Hunt Library. Busses will transport all attendees there and back.
  • An opt-in free tour of the Hunt Library following lunch. Opened very recently, the Hunt Library has won numerous international awards for library design and architecture.

Please complete your registration as soon as possible and certainly before September 15. Doing so helps us get things arranged and paid on time.
